Returns & Exchange

We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy  for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.

We do not offer refunds on Personalized items, Sale Items, and Free Gifts unless there is a product defect.

Only For Defective product problem :

  1. Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via the initial payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 3-5 business days.
  2. Cash On Delivery Orders :Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item either as STORE CREDIT in your account  within 5 to7  business days. The coupon code and store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item on the embeyvally.com. PLEASE NOTE: that while Store Credit can be used partially, your coupon code must be used all at once.

We take a lot of care to check each and every piece before packing and shipping  them to you, so that you don't have to worry about anything. But we understand that sometime you want to change your mind or there might be some issues like sizing that you can only find out after receiving the products. So to cover for those cases we offer an easy exchange process. To avail this benefit, please note the following points:

Customer unlike our product & exchange : 

  • 1 The item should be in its original packing with all tags and coupons
  •  2 The customer will have to pay the shipping fee to receive Return & exchange order which can vary from Rs 59/-.

  2. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:
  1. Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner  to you within 3-5 business days (Not including Sunday).
  2. A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for initiating pickup again
  3. EXCHANGES
    You can exchange an item purchased on www.embeyvally.com with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  4. Please allow at least 8-10 business days for the entire return process to be completed.
