In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to check in with you and share the steps we are taking. The safety of our employees and customers is our highest priority and we are grateful for the community that we've built together.
We are committed to the health of our community and are in constant communication with our employees. Throughout the day, we are continually disinfecting all high-touch surfaces with alcohol rubs and hand sanitizers are readily available for all our employees along with a strict hygiene briefing.
As per Government guidelines, we have now resumed deliveries across India.

  1. Q. Can I place an order now ?
    A. Yes you can place an order, our website is operational and we are currently accepting orders across India.
  2. Q. I ordered during lockdown, when will I receive my order ?
    A. We are trying our best to deliver your order at the earliest, we request you to bear with possible delays during this national lockdown. Delays are likely to be longer for areas that are containment zones as we will only be able to attempt delivery once the locality is unsealed. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible.
  3. Q. I placed an order a few days ago but have not received a shipping confirmation yet ?
    A. Deliveries are taking longer than usual. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.   4. Q. What protective measures are being taken to ensure online deliveries are handled safely ?
    A. All online orders are being processed at our warehouse, which has gone through a thorough sanitisation process before reopening. We’re ensuring that all recommended measures are being taken to safeguard the health and hygiene of our customers and staff including social distancing, frequent disinfecting and utmost care in packaging. All employees are wearing masks and gloves during their time in the warehouse premises. We have been working closely with our external courier services to keep up to date with extra precautions that have been introduced. Our courier services are all stringently following government advice, communicating health and safety guidelines with their employees.
  5. Q. What is the Status of my order ?
    A. Please expect atleast a 15-day delay in delivery of your order. Reason for this is that courier companies are facing severe delays these days as most parcels are arriving via surface rather than air due to lockdown restrictions and limited flights all over India.
